Sewer Cleaning

Sewer cleaning is needed when waste water from the home will not flow from the house to the sanitary sewer or septic tank. There are a number of reasons sewers plug up. The most common cause is tree roots growing into the sewer line. A good rule of thumb is nothing but human waste and toilet paper should ever go down the sewer. Most problems can be solved by a routine cleaning/snaking of the sewer.

This is accomplished in sewer lines 4 inches and smaller by running a cable (snake) down the sewer. This cable is generally turned by an electric motor. A cutter is installed on the leading end of the cable to cut through obstructions.

Pressure Jetting

Pressure Jetting is best suited for applications where a cable snake will not do an effective job. The pressure is used to break up blockage and the flow of water is used to carry the waste out. It's good for homes, restaurants, parking lots, septic leach lines, and lines from the septic tank to the house. It also can be used to clean out footer drains around the perimeter of a home as well as downspout lines from the house.

Camera Service with Locator

The combination of a locator and the video camera pinpoint the location of problems in a sewer line, allowing minimal digging.
